Overview
Just Write Legal handles all substantive aspects of the litigation process for attorneys, including initial case evaluation and strategy, discovery, pleadings and motions, settlement negotiations and appeals. We also draft and review a wide range of contracts and other legal and business documents including reports, press releases, business plans, board resolutions, grants and proposals. We work alongside solo practitioners, small firms, and in-house legal departments to deliver optimal results for the client.
